Function appendSelfInitiatedOutgoingApproval

appendSelfInitiatedOutgoingApproval(currApprovals, userAddress): UserOutgoingApprovalWithDetails<bigint>[]
Appends the default approval (self-initiated is approved) to the front of the list. This will have "self-initiated-outgoing" for IDs.
Parameters
- currApprovals: UserOutgoingApprovalWithDetails<bigint>[]
- userAddress: string
Returns UserOutgoingApprovalWithDetails<bigint>[]
