Function subtractBalance

subtractBalance<T extends NumberType>(
    balances: iBalance<T>[],
    balanceToRemove: iBalance<T>,
    allowUnderflow?: boolean,
): BalanceArray<T>
Subtracts the balanceToRemove from the existing balances. Returns a new BalanceArray.

Throws an error if the balances underflow.
