Function generateAlias

Generates a non-claimable alias address. For badge module derivations, use module name = "badges". Get the detivation keys from getAliasDerivationKeysForBadge or getAliasDerivationKeysForCollection. For lists, get the derivation keys from getAliasDerivationKeysForList.
